Ehsaas emergency Cash program 2023-24, new phase has been started for the program in August 2023.

The Ehsaas Emergency Cash Program, which former Prime Minister Imran Khan started during the COVID-19 pandemic, has been continued by the current government in 2024. The program provides financial assistance to low-income families in Pakistan, and the amount will be distributed in three installments. The first installment will be distributed in January 2023, the second in March, and the third in May.

Anyone eligible for the program has to register first for the ehsaas program. After the successful registration, the beneficiary will get 14000 cash in a given bank account in three months. Emergency Cash Program Budget 2023

The government has allocated 144 billion rupees for almost 1.2 million needy people in Pakistan. Ehsaas emergency cash and the ehsaas kafalat program are the largest and recurred for the low-income society.

You can only apply for the program if you fall under the eligibility criteria. The government had set some requirements for the applicant to ensure that only the deserving people will get the chance and avail of the cash support from the Government.

Ehsaas Cash Program 2023 

The Government of Pakistan has divided the beneficiaries of the ehsaas emergency cash program into three categories.

Category 1   

Beneficiaries of the ehsaas kafala program will get Rs 1000 extra the money of the ehsaas kafalat program for four months. This category includes almost 4.5 million people.

Category 2

4 million people registered in NSER are included in this category

Category 3

All the new districts registered fall under this category, with almost 3.5 million people.
