Zero Tolerance for Disrespect Towards Beneficiaries – Rubina Khalid’s Stern Warning
In a most recent interview with the media team, the chairperson of BISP, Mis Rubina Khalid made many important clarifications and also warned the People within the BISP team that their disrespectful behavior toward the Beneficaries will not be tolerated and also requested them to treat the women in a right way.
Rubina Khalid Enforces Zero Tolerance on Beneficiary Disrespect
While talking to the Media, Mis Rubina Khalid said many important things about the changes and future development of the 8171 ehsaas program. She further mentioned the people and their BISP Staff who are very disrespectful to the Beneficaries but now she warned all of the team members to be careful as there will be zero tolerance for Beneficiary disrespect.
She has said these things as the number of complaints about the staff behavior has been increasing day by day and this cannot work.
Why the Behaviour of Some of the Staff Is Not Good?
Women who visit the BISP campsites belong to the poorest community in Pakistan and they continuously visit the BISP Tehsil office because they need money to continue their lives in a good way as they have family and children to look after them.
But unfortunately, some of the team members are not very cooperative and lenient with the Beneficaries as they look down on them because of their Poverty. But these women are the most deserving and they came to them out of compulsion as they need to run their family and feed their Children.
Important Announcement Made In The Interview
In an interview with media representatives at the BISP Central Zonal Office in Lahore, Senator Rubina Khalid, the chairman of the Benazir Income Support Program, announced the reintroduction of the Poverty Graduation Program, which had been discontinued for an unidentified reason. The project’s continuation will now benefit the program’s participants.
By providing them with access to training in any field, they seek to assist the 9.3 million families in Pakistan and enable them to provide for their families while making a living.
Conclusion
In her recent statements, BISP Chairperson Rubina Khalid has made it clear that disrespect towards beneficiaries will not be tolerated. Emphasizing the need for respectful and supportive interactions, she aims to ensure that all beneficiaries, especially women from the poorest communities, are treated with dignity.
