Loan of Rs 2.5 Lakh will be granted to farmers

The purpose of the Punjab Livestock Card Scheme is to lend money to underprivileged farmers who cannot afford to buy expensive feed for their animals. If these farmers use the loan to expand their livestock, it will benefit both the farmers and the nation’s economy because the money can be used for a variety of internal purposes.

Consequently, at the meeting chaired by Maryam Nawaz, it was decided that a farmer would be eligible to acquire a loan from Livestock Card in the amount of Rs250,000, which would be paid back to the Punjabi government through a simple installment plan.
