CM Announces Winners of E-Balloting In AGAC Program

Recently, CM Punjab DG Khan revealed during the “School Nutrition Programme” launch that 4 lakh students will receive 175-milliliter milk packs daily. Following this, she proceeded to compile the list of 150 fortunate winners for the Apna Ghar Apni Chat Balloting Scheme.

Eligibility Criteria For Apna Ghar Apni Chat Scheme

Only residents of Punjab who meet the following 6 eligibility criteria will receive interest-free loans through the government:

  • The applicant is ahead of his/her beta (nucleus) family as per the NADRA record.
  • Applicant is a permanent resident of Punjab as per his/her CNIC.
  • Applicant is the sole owner and possessor of a parcel of land measuring 5 Marla or less in urban areas and land up to 10 Marla in rural areas anywhere in Punjab, on the date of online application submission, wherein he/she intends to build his/her house.
  • Applicant should not have a criminal record such as being convicted for anti-state, anti-social activities heinous crimes, etc.
  • Applicant should not be a loan defaulter of any financial institution/ bank etc
  • An applicant is registered with the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) in a household having a PMT score of 60 or less.

Interest-Free Loans For Families Earning Less than 60,000 Rs Monthly

Maryam Nawaz stated that the debt would be repaid over seven years. “Those who take the loans will have to pay a maximum monthly installment of Rs14,000,” the chief minister stated, adding that there was no need to pay for the first three months.

“I have set the installments at Rs 14,000 because people need to buy food and medicine, set up a monthly budget, and pay their utility bills and children’s school fees,” the woman explained.
