BISP Phase 3: Improvements By The BISP Staff
According to the BISP Director General Naveed Akbar, there have been lots of mistakes and irresponsibility shown in the First two Phase of Benazir Kafalat’s 10500 Payment for this month, therefore before the beginning of Phase 3, Naveed Akbar himself guided all his staff and team member about their Past mistakes and strictly advised them to not repeat the same mistakes and errors in Phase 3. To enhance Phase 3 he suggested multiple Changes in the distribution strategy so that Beneficaries can easily receive their payments instead of visiting the Campsites every day.
Lesson Learned From Benazir Kafalat Phase one and two
Recently, BISP Staff members operating in all three Phases received a very informative and educational video message from Director General Naveed Akbar. He stated in his video message that Phase 3 of the BISP April to June Payment will begin on July 3rd and that during this phase, they must pay the beneficiaries following all SOPs and program policies.
To expedite the money distribution procedure, he also gave the Compliance monitor instructions to conduct the screening early in the morning. And advised them to be there at 7 a.m. so that they would not make Beneficaries wait for long.
Issuing Tokens to the Beneficaries In The Right Way- To Eliminate Mistakes
The following list explains how tokens should be issued correctly:
It is not appropriate to give the token to every beneficiary who shows up in a single day.
- Count the Beneficiary first, and then keep track of how many ladies can receive their reward on a particular day.
- In light of that, you ought to distribute the tokens to a limited group of recipients.
- For the remaining women, on the other hand, you can offer them a token for the following day. The staff will then have to prioritize the remaining women and give them their payment first when they arrive the following day.
- They ought to allocate the Takens in Beneficiaries in this manner.
BISP Phase 3 With More Improvements
After Monitoring the situations developed in Pase One and Two, the BISP Program has to maintain discipline and Comfort for the Beneficaries so that they can receive their payments without any type of complications, with proper verification and screening at the Campsites.
Beneficiaries Avoid Campsites In the First 10-12 Days of Issue of Payment
One of the most crucial points covered by Naveed Akbar in his most recent video was this: he advised the Beneficiaries not to visit the BISP Campsites during the first 10-12 days, but rather to return after a week or two after receiving a message from 8171. At that point, they should be aware that their payments are safe in their accounts and that no one else will take them; instead, they have the exclusive right to withdraw their money whenever they choose.
Conclusion
In conclusion, BISP Phase 3 aims to address and rectify the mistakes of previous phases to ensure a smoother, more efficient distribution of payments to beneficiaries. With strict guidelines and improved strategies implemented by Director General Naveed Akbar, the program is committed to minimizing errors and enhancing the overall experience for recipients.
