  • A token for the new or updated survey will be sent to you by the staff.
  • Now you have to confirm the number you were given, and then use that number to find your way to the registration area. You will be questioned by a data input operator on your financial and personal information.
  • Once you have finished the application form, you need to complete your thumb verification there.
  • You will then receive a verification message from 8171.
  • After further verification, the eligible families will receive a confirmation letter verifying their eligibility for the 8171 program.
