Authorities let Benazir Kafalat program participants receive their payments via branchless banking services provider JazzCash to make life easier for individuals.

1.3 Million Women Will receive Payment Through JazzCash

The Benazir Income Support Program has partnered with six additional banks, expanding its payment structure. As a result, each bank now holds a certain amount of funds designated for beneficiaries. JazzCash has also committed to disbursing funds to 13 lakh beneficiaries.

JazzCash will use its extensive national network of agents and stores to transfer money to over 1.3 million recipients as part of this partnership.

How Long Can BISP Beneficiaries Receive Payments Through JazzCash

All the eligible women would receive cash assistance for three years, up to a quarterly total of Rs. 10,500. As part of the three-year contract, JazzCash will simplify cash withdrawals by utilizing biometrically enabled services.
