The following eligibility requirements must be met by any applicant wishing to apply for the BISP Internship Program for their application to be accepted.

  • With 80% attendance, the interns will be hired for a set wage of $10,000 per month for a period of three to six months.

8171 BISP Internship conditions for the applicant 

Only those applicants acceptable for the Benazir Income Support Internship Program who follow these conditions 

  • The internship will last for at least three months and no more than six months. The working hours will be the same as the current practice.
  • An intern cannot consult with the BISP Secretariat during the internship.
  • An intern is not an employee of the Secretariat, so any allowances agreed upon between the BISP Secretariat and the intern apply.
  • The BISP Secretariat will sign a Memorandum of Understanding with educational institutions for BISP internship opportunities for undergraduate students.
  • Undergraduate interns who have 80% attendance will be offered a six- to eight-week internship by BISP without any future commitment.

BISP Salaries 

The job title, amount of experience, and location all affect how much BISP personnel are paid. However, according to Glassdoor, a BISP employee in Pakistan makes an average monthly income of PKR 57,500.
